For every Omniva order, an automatic parcel code is generated at the time of purchase.
This makes the parcel pre-registered for the Seller, meaning you don’t need to enter the Buyer's phone number or destination on the parcel, and you won’t need to pay anything at the parcel machine.
When the order is placed, you’ll receive the parcel code via email along with the order confirmation.
You can also find the parcel code under My shop orders (Bottom navigation bar → My Yaga → My shop orders → Details → Parcel code).
How to send a parcel using the Omniva parcel code?
Pack the item properly (read more about how to do this HERE).
Go to the nearest Omniva parcel machine.
On the screen, choose: Send a parcel → I registered the parcel on self-service
Choose the locker size you selected for the item in Yaga.
Note: If the selected locker turns out to be too small, you can change it at the parcel machine by choosing "Open larger locker."Print the address label and attach it to the parcel.
Place the parcel in the opened locker.
Once the parcel code has been used, Yaga will automatically mark the item as shipped within a short time - the Buyer will be notified that the parcel is on its way.
When the parcel reaches its destination, the Buyer will receive a message with instructions on how to collect it from the parcel machine.
Important Notes:
Note 1: If you weren't able to print the address label and attach it to the parcel, don’t worry, the parcel will still be delivered successfully.
Note 2: Each parcel is connected to a specific parcel code. If the Buyer has placed multiple orders under one parcel code, you must pack the entire order into one parcel. It’s not possible to send multiple parcels with the same code or from the same locker.
