If you have an available balance in your Yaga wallet but it is not enough to cover the full purchase, there is no need to worry - you can use the available wallet balance and pay the rest with another preferred payment method.
How to pay with your Yaga wallet
- Tap "Buy" on the item you wish to purchase
- Under the Payment section your Yaga wallet balance is automatically chosen. If you don't wish to use Yaga wallet as a payment method, simply untick the "Yaga wallet" box.
- If your wallet balance is less than the order total, you'll see an option to choose a second payment method for the remaining amount.If needed, select an alternative payment method to cover the difference.
- Review the order summary - the wallet amount and the amount left to pay are shown separately.
- Tap "Proceed with payment" or "Confirm purchase", depending on the selected payment options, to complete your purchase.
NB1! Yaga wallet is always applied as the first payment method. You only need to cover the difference with your second payment method - no manual amount splitting required.
NB2! Yaga wallet amount can't be changed - if Yaga wallet payment option is enabled, your total balance will be applied automatically. If your total order amount is smaller than your available Yaga wallet balance, only the order amount will be deducted from your Yaga wallet
For example, if your purchase total amount is 20 EUR and you have 5 EUR in your wallet, the wallet balance will be automatically applied at checkout. This means 5 EUR will be charged from your wallet and the remaining 15 EUR (20 EUR - 5 EUR) from your other chosen payment method.
