By confirming receiving the goods, you acknowledge that you have received the item and are satisfied with it.
When you confirm the order, the payment is released to the Seller, and the order is considered complete. Orders should only be confirmed once you have received the goods and have had 48 hours to ensure the product matches the description.
You can confirm receiving the item by going to My purchases → clicking the "Item received" button next to the relevant order.
