After completing an order on Yaga, Buyers can leave feedback for Sellers and Sellers can leave feedback for Buyers. Your feedback helps us build a trusted community.
How to leave feedback for a Seller
- Open the completed or cancelled order via My Yaga → My purchases → Leave Feedback.
- Select a star rating from 1 to 5 and, optionally, write a short text review.
- Submit your feedback.
Note: You can update or delete your feedback at any time by going back to the purchase.
How to leave feedback for a Buyer
- Open the completed or cancelled order via My Yaga → My shop orders → Leave Feedback.
- Select a star rating from 1 to 5 and, optionally, write a short text review.

How to edit or delete your feedback
- If you're a Buyer, go to My Yaga → My purchases and find the purchase where you wish to edit or delete the feedback. If you're a Seller, go to My Yaga → My shop orders and find the order where you wish to edit or delete the feedback.
- Open the Seller's or Buyer's profile by clicking on their username.
- Open their Reviews tab under their profile and find your feedback.
- Choose Edit to change your rating or review, or Delete to remove it entirely.
- Confirm your changes.
Automatic feedback on completed orders
If no feedback is left within 4 days of the order being completed, a 5-star rating is added automatically. Automatic feedback contains only the star rating and no text review.
You can replace an automatic rating within 30 days of the order being completed. Open the order and leave your own feedback to override the automatic one.

- Feedback is available for both completed and cancelled orders.
- Feedback can be left within 30 days of the order being completed or cancelled.
- The Seller/Buyer can leave one reply to your feedback.
- All reviews and replies are checked by our moderation system before they go live, for content like profanity or sharing fraudulent links. Note: Yaga does not bear responsibility on claims made by either buyers or sellers regarding orders.
- The feedback feature is available on both the Yaga app (iOS & Android) and web.
Note: Any form of intimidation, harassment, or hate speech in feedback is not permitted. Reviews containing such content may be removed without notice.
