Congratulations on your sale! Let's get your order delivered to the Buyer.
Check your order details from the bottom navigation bar-->My Yaga--> My shop orders. Delivery information can be viewed by clicking on Details.
Pack the item securely for shipping, go to the nearest locker and send the parcel using the automatically generated parcel code.
Once you’ve sent the order, the order status will automatically change to “Item shipped” after a short time, and the Buyer will be notified that the item is on the way. You will both be able to see the tracking code under the order’s details.
After the Buyer has received the item and confirmed it in Yaga (by clicking the “Item received” button), the money from the sale will be released to your Yaga account (My Yaga--> My wallet). You can use the money for future purchases, or pay it out to your bank account. If you wish to pay the money to your bank account, you need to initiate the withdrawal yourself via My Yaga--> My wallet --> "Pay out to bank account".
The Buyer clicked “Item received” but the money still hasn’t reached my bank account.
The money from the sale is released to your Yaga account immediately after the Buyer confirms receipt of the item on Yaga. You can use the funds in your Yaga account for shopping on Yaga or if you wish to withdraw the money to your bank account, you need to initiate the withdrawal yourself (My wallet→ "Pay out to bank account").
Please note that withdrawals can only be made for the full amount. Partial withdrawals to a bank account are not possible.
