As a Seller you can cancel an order from the bottom navigation bar--> My Yaga--> My shop orders--> click "Cancel" under the correct order. After cancellation the money will be instantly and automatically fully refunded to the Buyers' Yaga wallet.
Good to know:
- After cancellation the listing(s) connected to it will remain in "Sold" status and it is not possible to mark it as unsold.
- If you wish to cancel a bundle order then this has to be done on each of the orders, depending on which order you wish to cancel.
- Yaga has the right to deduct the platform fee from the user’s account if the reason for canceling is making the payment outside Yaga.
