It can happen that the selected locker size turns out to be too small. If the purchase has already been made, the process for changing the locker size depends on the courier:
With DPD, the Seller needs to cancel the order that included the shipping cost → relist the item and select a larger locker → the Buyer makes the purchase again and you're back on track.
Alternatively, the Seller can select the correct locker size directly at the parcel machine and cover the price difference out of their own pocket.With Omniva, you can choose a larger locker size at the machine free of charge.
