As per Yaga's T&C the Buyers have up to 48h after the collection of the parcel to complete their order in Yaga.
If the tracking shows that they collected the parcel more than 48h ago and hasn't expressed their concern with the received item, then please fill out the form through the by submitting a request below. we can go ahead and complete the order on their behalf.
However if the Buyer hasn’t yet been able to collect the parcel, we recommend sending them a reminder via Yaga chat.
