Sellers are expected to ship out the parcels as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days after the Buyer has made a purchase, but this is the recommended time frame rather than being mandatory. You can always specify the expected delivery time by contacting the Seller via Yaga chat ('My Yaga'—> My purchases—> click on the Chat icon under the correct order.
If you can't reach the Seller in a few days then please reach out to our Support team by submitting a request below.
If we are unable to reach the Seller within 48 hours, we will cancel the transaction and the money will be returned to the Buyer's Yaga account. This money can be used for shopping on Yaga or pay it out to a bank account (My wallet--> “Pay out to bank account”).
