If an order is cancelled, the money is automatically refunded to the Buyer's Yaga account. This money can be used for shopping on Yaga or pay it out to a bank account from the navigation bar--> My wallet--> “Payout to bank account”. The money will then be transferred to the bank account within a couple of working days.
The Buyer does not need to inform Yaga customer support separately about the cancelled transaction.
