If you wish to cancel an order (your purchase) as a Buyer then this can be done from the Sellers' side, hence as a first step you should contact the Seller. You can contact the Seller via Yaga messages from My Yaga—> My purchases—> click on the Chat icon under the correct order. If you can't reach the Seller in a few days then please reach out to our Support team by submitting a request below.
Seller can cancel the order from the bottom navigation bar--> My Yaga--> My shop orders--> "Cancel" under the correct order.
If the order is cancelled, the money will be returned to the Buyer's Yaga account. This money can be used for shopping on Yaga or pay it out to a bank account (My wallet--> “Payout to bank account”).
The Buyer does not need to inform Yaga customer support separately about the cancelled transaction.
